Refund policy
Online Returns
When buying online, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return (This can be done by emailing us at accounts@jshoes.co.uk). After that, you have a further 14 days to return your order to us. As long as these timeframes are adhered to, you are entitled to a full refund.

In-Store Returns
When buying in-store, we have a 8-day refund policy, and a 28-day exchange policy. This means means you have 8 days from the date on your receipt to return the item for a refund, or 28 days to swap the item for something else or get a credit note. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know what the next steps are regarding your exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
