Wadebridge

Our story in Wadebridge began on Polmorla Road, in a modest size shop where we made a name for ourselves for a excellent range of footwear and the longlasting relationships that we build up with our customers. We traded there for many years with many happy memories, when the opportunity arose to move on to bigger and better premises.

In 2001 we moved to our shop on Eddystone Road, which now houses approximately 10,000 pairs of shoes at one time (but who’s really counting?). With such space at our disposal, we have worked hard to provide the best possible range of shoes and accessories that we can, whilst still ensuring our main focus is on the customers, ensuring that they come back time and time again.

Wadebridge is a popular market town, with lots of events and activities taking place throughout the year. The Royal Cornwall Show is a highlight of the year, taking place in the summer, you can expect to enjoy three days of agricultural shows, food tastings and stalls from shops across the county. The town is full of independent shops offering a range of quirky gifts and exciting products, as well as plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants.  Wadebridge was originally known as Wade, and used to be served by the railway line until this was disused in 1967 and made into the Camel Trail which is popular with cyclists, walkers and horse riders.
