Online Exchange and Refund Policy
New, unused items purchased online may be refunded 30 days after the date of original purchase, provided they are in shop condition along with the sales invoice. Items purchased online cannot be returned to either of our stores under any circumstances. Please send any items back to us using the following address –

In Store Exchange and Refund Policy
New, and unused items purchased instore may be exchange at any J Shoes store with an original receipt within 8 days of purchase. After 8 days, the merchandise may be exchanged for another product or for a credit voucher. J Shoes reserve the right to decline any refunds or exchanges if neccessary, unless the goods are deemed faulty.
Credit notes are vaild indefinitely and can be used as a whole or a partial amount towards your next instore purchase.
All items must be returned in sellable condition, otherwise a return would not be allowed.
We reserve the right to reject any form of exchange without the original receipt or a bank statement showing the purchase amount and date.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective we will either replace the goods (or the faulty part of the item) free of charge, or refund you the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price). Simply return the goods to us alongside a letter detailing the problem and we will cover the cost of postage if the return is posted within the UK.
